Note:
During the course creation process or when re-naming a class, class titles should be typed in or copied from Word to a format-less tool like Notepad , etc. before being pasted into PeopleSoft. Illegal and invisible character in course/class titles cause the PeopleSoft/Blackboard SIS integration to fail at random points.
