Viewing Course Announcements
Announcements post timely information pertaining to your class. Instructors post time sensitive material including; assignment due date reminders, changes in the syllabus, corrections and clarifications of materials, and exam schedules. You should check course announcements each time you log into your course in Blackboard.
To check course announcements complete the following steps:
- Log into Blackboard using your student ID (as the username) and password.
- Click the "Welcome Page" tab and select a course from the "My Courses" area.
You'll notice upon entering a class the announcement page appears first with the most current announcement posted at the top of the list.
